-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To all our wonderful World Community Grid Members, Today we crossed another significant milestone. Our virtual community of World Community Grid volunteers has reached an outstanding 300,000 registered members, who have contributed over 93,000 years of run time to help humanity! This incredible achievement has allowed the completion of the Help Defeat Cancer Project, which shows promise to improve accuracy in cancer detection, treatment and therapy planning. And, the first peer reviewed articles have now been published for the Human Proteome Folding and FightAIDS@Home Projects and are available to research scientists around the world. Congratulations to all of you for making World Community Grid such a success.
