[PPC][其他] Edit phone number before a Call or SMS

This is a small plug-in that enable you to edit the phone number before dial or sending SMS. You may also save the frequently used prefixes (such as IDD, IP prefix) into a pre-stored list.

Tips for Installation:
- You may need to reboot your PPC after installation, otherwise the "Edit Before Call" menu item might not show up sometimes;
- Always choose to install on "Device" other than on the "Storage Card".
